I am John Edward and I set up Bestmortgage4U in order to arrange mortgages for busy professionals who require an expert to delegate this responsibility to.
I have a wealth of experience in arranging mortgages as I have arranged mortgages for clients for the last 30 years.
There is a minimum level of qualification that is required in order to give mortgage advice to clients. I have a higher level of mortgage qualification, which is currently the highest available known as a Diploma in Mortgage Advice and Practice.
The Diploma in Mortgage Advice and Practice (DipMAP) is a QCF Level 4 qualification for individuals who wish to gain a higher level of skills and knowledge for mortgage advice and demonstrate their commitment to continual learning.
DipMAP enables mortgage professionals to set themselves apart from their peers and to go beyond the basic Level 3 qualification requirement. It demonstrates to clients that holders have an enriched understanding of the broader financial services environment and the residential lending sector in the interests of providing high quality, ethical advice to consumers.
In addition, I have also studied and passed examinations giving me a qualification known as a Diploma for Financial Advisers.
The Diploma for Financial Advisers (DipFA) is a QCF Level 4 qualification. It is a high quality, cost-effective, Financial Conduct Authority approved programme, which meets the qualification standard required of anyone wishing to work as a financial adviser.
The DipFA meets the Financial Conduct Authority’s Retail Distribution Review (RDR) qualification requirement for independent retail financial services advice and provides a practically orientated and cost-effective approach to study and assessment. The DipFA is a benchmark qualification reconciling the standards required for those giving professional advice on retail investment products.
Think carefully before securing other debts against your home. Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.
A fee of £125 may be payable after an initial assessment in order to source you an appropriate mortgage. A fee from £225 is payable when we submit an application to a lender on your behalf. We will receive commission from the lender in addition to the fee you pay. We will obtain your agreement to proceed before any fees are payable. All fees are non-refundable.
Bestmortgage4U is a trading style of John Edward who is an Appointed Representative of Mortgage
